I would take these frigid temps over 80°- 100°F with high humidity any day!

Lots of good lines in that show.

Del Gue quoting his mother: Them mountains is for Indians and wild men.

Jeremiah: I can skin most anything.
Bearclaw: You sure are cocky, for a starvin' pilgrim.

Bearclaw: Skin that one, pilgrim, and I'll get you another!

I think as members we should add more pics of our current burns, I always enjoy them. Thanks HDRock. We are snowing again. Were on the edge of the cold/warm air near the devide in the Rockies. We will lose out to the mild weather but its snowing good right now at -7c. It was 1c this afternoon and raining. I havent felt rain in a long time. Kinda liked it. Rain brings smells to the senses and its always very prominent for us this time of year. Some times its soil smells but since our soil is under 4 feet of snow its all the other things that are thawing that enlightens the smells like the pine trees and of course there is the sound of drips and falling icicles...

Looks like -2 if my eyes are not deceiving me. Slight breeze bowing through the trees. Ash and Maple burning.

Good morning, temps have fallen off the past couple days.
Pulled out last of the hickory, I think, burning ash, cherry and locust.
