    Awesome I love that new grill with table! I use the regular one and am smoking on it right now! Enjoy! BTW that was an incredible deal and FYI keep it covered outdoors as it will get wet inside!

    Chicken came out pretty good.. Total cook time of 5 hrs. with last hour or so at 350-400 for crispy skin..

    no pictures, but got the first grilling in of the year last night. Pulled out the Smokey Joe and threw some apple chips in with it. Rubbed some chicken thighs with Willinghams seasoning. So much more flavor cooking them that way than on the gas!

    Chuck roast were on sale at Krogers. I threw them in a bag with Dales and seasoning and let them soak for a couple days. I set the smoker at 160 put them on for 4 hrs.

    I brought the roast inside and put them in the crock pot on low for the night.

    In the morning I will shred the roast and put the meat in a pan. When our friends come over I will heat the shredded beef in the smoker and put it on toasted buns with melted smoked cheese and horseradish. More pics tomorrow
