Thats the trouble with early warmer weather and melting snow. Sometimes we let our guard down and it bites us in the azz. I did similar early in the season on a patch of ice in the driveway.

Hope you are OK this morning subbie.

spent the day doing electrical work on the Stationary Engine Building at the Farm. it was going to get to 55 degrees and sunny in the PM, and did not disappoint us. It's all EMT pipe work, THHN, and transitions from the SCH 40 plastic we put under the slab last year. Got all the way to installing devices before we hit a minor missing part roadblock. 6 GFI circuits and one lighting (up to the switch) all installed, save for some minor stuff. a great day!

now we have to pipe for 9 hanging antique pendants with Edison style LED bulbs, and 4 industrial looking lights under the rear shed. got to install 4 IC cans in the front soffit as well, so there is a day or two more to go.

I still hurt, but not as bad as yesterday. I expected to hurt worse this morning so I was surprised when I didn't. Didn't get much sleep because every time I moved I woke up. Hopefully it's a little better tomorrow morning.

I remember an 18" snow storm on April 18 or 19th back in 1987 - we moved from KS to NH and got here on April 17. Had to wait an extra day to return the Uhaul because of the snow. Had to return it to Middlesex, MA because there were no Uhaul rental places in NH yet o_O

This morning's report was saying that the "models" are disagreeing a lot on Tuesday, so too far out to put anything for totals on it yet.
Yours looks like 1-3 here-at least I think that's the color.

My son has been finishing my new porch this week. We are putting V match, tongue and grove 6 in. pine on the inside. Something like t 111 on the ceiling only it has groves every 3 inches. Son has been working hard at it. He does this sort of thing for a living. I'm feeling thankful. I bought him a Milwaukee 15g angle finish nailer, battery operated. I really appreciate his work. His wife helps him with his work. We both have been switching over to Milwaukee power tools. They cost a bit more but the quality and warranty is very good. I'll send some pictures when things are more done.
