beef tenderloin butt cut.....smoker @425° pulled it off at 147° and lightly foiled it...........OMG!!!

My charcoal temp controller is 99% complete as I did a test run yesterday.. I found I need to reduce the air intake on the blower to reduce natural ventilation for low and slow cooking.. The temp drifted towards 250 degrees with the fan barely cycling.. Running at 350 to 400 it was dead on.. Here are the pics of my Ray-B-Q
Today I added a piece of copper to reduce the air intake.. I think this should take care of the temperature drift on low\slow cooks..
