So hadda take the afternoon off and cut some wood. Drove the bike straight into this guy grabbing some sun. Then dealt with some dead maple. Back at the house a couple of em helped unload the trailer. Then back to the same spot half hour later and this creek just showed up?

Crazy weather isn't it! 74 in Ohio today. No doubt that Emma is a hard worker.... Better watch or she might be putting you out of a job someday....
When I think we had some really nice weather I have only to look at some of the temperatures you guys post and realize you had it even nicer!
I think she is praying that when she turns around the wood will be all split and stacked so she can take a break....
We had a record high of 71 degrees on Wednesday, after a week of crazy warm temps. Thursday was cooler, but still well above normal, then Friday, today, we had snow freezing rain, and ice. Just a little north and west of here, there's just snow, no ice or rain. Our lake ice is pretty much all melted. Spring really is here early, despite the snow today.
Beautiful day to get some work done! Watch out for your small dog there, that owl is looking a little peckish. I've got a baldy and a coupe redtail hawks around here, will have to grab a pic if they let me. I love seeing the eagle out and about - never saw any when I was younger, and now they seem to be making a serious comeback.
not a comeback, we're getting infested with them. Eagles were removed from the endangered species list 10 years ago. Such a beautiful bird!
Thunderstorm just passed through and still pouring. Dogs don't even want to go out and do some work. Nice to see the top cover is working though. Next row stacked will be a little higher off the ground I think.
