congratulations on your retirement. Retirement is fun, I did it 4 times. Now seem fairly permanent.

Did you order some BBQ sauce, and a Weber, for the grilling that driver Tim is going to get today? :D

( *Hope you get it worked out / solved so you don't have to go through this crap, every time you order something from A..zon.)

I had a wicked hard time adjusting to not working and earning a check. I still get the checks, but not working. I would still do it if I were able. I was never one to take anything but what I earned. Retirement felt funny for a while, but I do think I earned it. Now I just don't have the stamina to work all day. What I need now is to get out of the house and go do something like volunteer work, or day trips etc.

Yes, there is, but I think it refers to people that only have PO Boxes and don't get mail delivered to their residences......I do it all the time, since I only have a PO Box. You put the Post Office address as the return address, and add your box number. For example:
    John Doe
    1234 State Route XX
    Box 123
    Anytown, NY 12345

The packages will get delivered and held there. Even UPS and FedEx packages will be accepted.

BTW, I think some of STB's postal problems rubbed off on me via the internet......post office tracking showed a package (that I had shipped to their address (as in the example I mentioned above), that was delivered last Friday. A week later, they still have no idea where it is. :headbang:
