I don't know how that could be staged but that lady speeds up walking just before he is hit. Strange.

 

I think it is. If you look @ the very beginning, that silver mini van that pulls up drives by On the upper road right before the truck .I think thats where the wheel comes from.
Looks like the donut broke loose somehow.

 

Can't watch it again. I saw that on a social media post yesterday and the person said they couldn't stop laughing after watching. I though, damm... really? That guy could have [and probably should have] died after a blow that hard. Definitely lucky to be alive IMO. Never know when it's going to happen, cherish the time with your loved ones...
