I'm not sure if that is a joke or an actual stove?

How is the exhaust hooked to the firebox?

What reason for the big top? Cooking? Why wouldn't the door be on the side?
Also the door swings into the exhaust?? Great way to get burned!

Looks like it might be meant to slide into the end of a 275 gallon oil tank. With the tank acting as a jacket. Air duct on the left side of pic.

Actually guys, this is a real Amish built woodstove that will heat your home, heat your domestic hot water and your food! Best of all it will warm your heart, she is a real Queen, a Kitchen Queen! I have sold over a thousand and never had one person tell me this is not the best stove they have ever owned. It is such a great stove, I back it with a money back guarantee, if this stoves is not everything I say it is and more, I'll take it back and return your money!
It is shown here on the left with the Stainless Steel Glass Doors that we make for it. I show it on the right as it comes from the factory. The stove is installed in a zero clearance application utilizing the custom made heat shields we developed for this stove. We also show folks how to reduce clearances to combustibles on our Cookstove Community Website http://cookstoves.net/videos/sitepreparation/ The cooper hood was custom made to allow the stove to be used in the summer without overheating the kitchen.

Sure doesn't look like the same stove as the one in the Op's post, but maybe I'm crazy.

Actually I'm quite sure I'm crazy, but am feeling pretty sane about these stove pics not being the same.

I know nothing about the add, the picture was interesting so I posted it, it would be nice to know how the stove is supposed to work.

I thought about that too. Whatever it is, I don't think it's ready to go as is.

Or maybe its like those "Amish built" electric fireplaces and you have to plug it in. Haha!

Sorry guys, I happen to do a quick look at some of the posts early this morning, or late last night, depending on how your sleeping patterns are and saw the words "Amish Stove" and thought to myself, "hey self I know a thing or two about those".
I clicked on the thread and said to myself, "Oh my, what do we have here?"

The one that was posted looks more like an Amish Space Craft than a stove to me, I have never seen anything quite like that before and I used to live amongst them folk, I have seen my fair share of strange things that they do.
My guess is you eat a bowl of beans, clime inside, shove a tube up yer rear, shut the door, and hang on tight!
That is the best I can come up with at this stage, maybe a few more cups of coffee I can do better, not sure yet, I have not finished my first cup yet so I still have a few cob webs float around in there.

The stove I posed is a KQ 380 and I have been burnin one for over 15 yrs now and can get 14hr burns and it does everything, including baking the beans.
I thought maybe someone was looking for a decent Amish Stove, me being the "Amish Stove Expert" that I am, thought it prudent to jump in with my two cents, so I guess you could call it an ad, sorry if I crossed a line, I'm still kinda new here, fillin in for my friend Charlie. He used to plug a lot for me, gotta pay them bills ya know....

As far as Amish Space Craft........I know NUT DING!

Over the top. I have read a book on a thread about a CL ad on a weird looking Amish stove.

The flue is on the left of the OP pic. You can see an angled shelf leading to the flue. Then there is a draft cap on the 2 sides of the "door".

I can see this stove working and possibly quite well. As the fuel burns, it falls into the coals. Talk to those in this know about rocket stoves and you will learn more about how this stove will work quite well.
