Frosty again this morning. campinspecter and the supervisors are headed out for another load of wood for Mom. I am getting ready to go for my walk this morning. The walk is only 20 mins long but boy does it feel good to be getting out for them.

I eat similarly . 5-6 years ago I discovered I had sugar. I controlled glucose levels for 4 years without meds or insulin. Went on meds last summer. I'm taking just one pill a day now vs 4 when I started. Lost about 75 lbs so far over 5 years. Never really dieted. Just watched what I ate. Working well for me . Good luck

Man, that's great! Wish I could lose weight like that. Carbs are my downfall. I gotta start learning to do it right.

I'll try going in to work tomorrow-at least thats the plan now. Throat feels a little better and body has stopped aching. Should be able to squeeze out 8 hours for the man.

It all sounds great to me, we'll be having a pork roast dinner with potatoes and some homemade gravy this weekend. After Thursday my workouts start on Monday,Wednesday and Friday one per day for 15-20 minutes per workout.

It's time to get the spring projects lined up.

Well all this healthy talk has inspired me to get back on a better diet. A small salad with just a few croutons, fat free cheese and fat free dressings topped with a little chicken was dinner. A big glass of water...well after a beer that is.

    Tomorrow am...on the stationary bike.

If i get all healthy...it's your fault! :)

Snapped a picture of an eagle today. Not the best picture taking while driving in the work van. Power lines kinda in the way.... I zoomed in on the original picture to share

Are you using h&r block home software? I would hope their software wouldn't be that much different than turbotax. I do have nothing but horrible reviews and experience from having h&r block do one's taxes in the store.

I see the government bending me over in every pay stub. Tax time ends up giving me a bit of my $ back.

I didn't think Chuck Norris ate salad.....? I did, however, think he ate a herd of salad eaters, at dinner time.
And yes- the table asks him to put his elbows on it.

    Chuck Norris eats chopped salads.

    Roughage isn't that rough.

Have a bomb pop, or 6.
