Now that is very telling about smoke and ashes. Never trust they are out. You got double duty out of that burn pile! That is a really nice tractor you have.

Not quite the same thing, but a local lady died in a house fire last week, I seen in the paper yesterday that the Fire Marshall thinks it started from the ash bucket :(

yooperdave , this morning before my 20 minute jaunt the scale read 206.5. If I'm at 204 or under on Sunday morning, I'll go for losing a full 30 pounds, when I started my weight was 231.5.

It might take me another three or four days at the most.

Thanks Gas, I had a small lapse on Monday night.....I turned into the cookie monster with about four glasses of milk but I'm back on track with the workouts and the cereal and salads.

We all have those small lapse. It's the getting back up after we fall down that is most important!

Ugh! I have one of those in my garage you can have. We bought two new ones for the wife's vehicle about a year ago. After about 10,000 miles or so she hit something with one of those tires and it rendered it useless. (I think it ruined the sidewall) Anywho, the best thing to do was go with two new ones so they would be the same on both sides. :picard:Hate it when that happens. I feel for ya.

Yep, we have a terrible dirt road for a 1/4 of a mile or so, he did not realize it was flat til he reached the pavement. Rim ruined sidewall.:picard:

Lesson learned. Time to get creative this summer to improve the road.

Sometimes I have intentions to post the results but then I get distracted by the site and when I finally remember, its way to late!
Other times I just have a bad remember-er.

I am still at 215 this morning but I had a lapse tonight as well. Finished the lasagna and the chocolate cake with the great frosting (none nutella) this evening!

I think the only way I'm going to lose more is to increase the workout (treadmill) times.

    You are doing great!

So yooperdave , the tree service wants to drop of mostly sugar maple and some fir tomorrow. Should I tell them no? ;)

I moved the trailer back a few feet so they have more room. I'll be slinging some wood chips this weekend. This is much easier than me cutting it and hauling it from my wood lot. I'll still do that, but geez, this is easy.
