A shot from afar on the back porch after getting a big pile going down by the pond. 7 inches of snow and plenty more still falling since then. Slowing down now.

Wife has been using a wheel barrow to pile it on other end of barn since I sold the 210C. She usually does it, but if she's busy I do it for her. The double stall gets cleaned everyday. Tomorrow I will clean up that end of the barn and see what I'll do with that pile o chit. It's not that much so I was thinking of leaving it there till spring. Might be better to move it now while the ground is frozen. In the spring it will take a while for the clay to dry out. I will be staying out of that!

    Funny.

    But only partly true.

I've had, ridden, and have newer faster, better machines. This one has nearly 8000 miles on her. It's been very reliable.

In its element, it's comfortable, for 2 people, and it'll do it all day every day.

Now, yeah, it's no speed demon, but on the trails, with my wife riding 2 up, I caught, and was hounding and wanted to pass a group of 3 single riders, 2 on new pro s 600s and the third on an IQ 600.
I went by them on the lake, where I could safely pass. I know that it's mostly the still of the rider, but still.

I'd like a newer even better riding, faster, better mpg 2up. A 4 stroke venture would fit in nicely.

No, the cheating wasn't done. All merit badges are still in tact in Wisconsin.

Thanks my friend. The tractor is making easy work of the snow. The chains really make this thing solid! While I move snow along the road in front of the house I work on a slight angle on shoulder. I like to keep it cleaned up nice for mail person. Allows them to stay off the road longer as they leave our mail box. This is good because we are on the other side of a hill. So without the chains you could feel the last machines sliding sometimes. Not this one though.

thewoodlands . Even though I still don't have those rolls you ate on me a long time ago, I'm not going hungry! This is one piece of Cocanut Cream Pie and one piece of Banana Cream Pie made by my wife. We had this after my Birthday meal that we had tonight instead of last night. Timing was better. After a plate full of home made Scallopped Potatoes and Ham, the Pie topped it off nicely!

We put some great miles on the 2UP sled this weekend. That big storm you guys up in the Northeast totally missed us.

The trails held up great, but with no real storms in the next week, and warmer temps, we'll see how long they hold up. Down South, back home there's no snow.

    Here's a couple of pics. IMG_20170211_174435178.jpg

    And for Dave.
Here's the shagbark outside of our hotel room. In Rhinelander, WI. I've not seen any this far north previously. IMG_20170211_091224412.jpg

What a start to the week! Started a new gig 2 weeks ago and finally got my badge, so today was the first day I can work "my" hours.

No one thought to mention there was an alarm system....

Well school cancelled.. 16 inches of snow on the ground.. driveway is open.. got to get the mail box.. I hit it with the bucket:whistle:

waiting on some kids to come play... snows too dry for snowmen and forts... so snowmobiles and tow rides on tube is on the menu!
then I got to get some pics.. tablet won't take good shots and camera keeps fogging and getting snow on the lens!

100 percent true, buddy has a two up backup venture just like that only a few years newer. Yamaha is reliable, but not known for their chassis.

They are archiach. Its 20 years old!!!!!
They won't keep up with any sled 10 years newer not to mention riding two up.

hey Boomstick what's wrong with old sleds? I got an 2008 and 2013 ski doos but the old 1991 formula plus (affectionately known as Tank) for banging around woods (you don't loose the control arms every time ya hit a twig) great for packing down trails also so the kids on the 380 and kitty cat style sleds are on trails.. I have gotten the newer one stuck in deep snow (4 plus feet) but not tank... cause if it got stuck I would leave it there til spring

It a different riding tank on trails... meaning a different riding style than the newer one but she can keep up with the new sleds all day... (you will feel it after) plus she's 27 years old.. ya can't really hurt her..

Maybe it's just me .. I like the old stuff that's tried and true.. starts and runs and works.. must be getting old.. I still wouldn't buy a triple.. I hate walking home...

I got to get the old pics out.. cause tank has towed more sleds home than any other... all my friends laugh at that old busted cowl girl.. and then I tow their triples home when they blow the middle cylinder!
