Fricking wind howling here as well,13* and the house is at 65* WOOT thats amazing for this house. Got the Pelpro cranking in the cellar and the Harman upstairs, I know it does not sound like it but with this kind of wind and the temp the fact that its 65* is wonderful. Got to be 68*-70* upstairs thats just amazing and I am one happy mofo. Got between a foot and 14" everything is all cleaned up both stoves are loaded and the Bin upstairs and 4 -5's are loaded with Cubex and eagle Valley good to go except for my fricking back ! Time for some Bourbon to relieve the back pain of course !

Well, I finally broke down and retired my flip phone and reluctantly joined the ranks of smart phone users. Nothing fancy, just a Samsung Galaxy. I'm still learning how to use some of the features, but I have to say, once I figured things out it is a lot easier to do things on this phone than it was the other. Don't tell my wife this, but, looking but, looking back, I kinda wish I had gotten one sooner.

So Wunderground blew it - at work anyway. I left at 1:30 and waded thru 14" of the stuff to get to the Explorer - and it was still snowing pretty good. Not much traffic to contend with so only took about and hour and 20 minutes to drive the 30 miles to home (I've had it take 2.5 hours before between stuck semi's and rt 149 being closed so having to add an extra 10 miles to my trip). I'm really impressed with the Kumho Raod Venture AT51's I put on a couple of months ago. I didn't even realize I wasn't in 4WD until I was several miles from work - and, they hadn't plowed the turn lane 1 mile from work. Granted I am not overly aggressive driving in snow, but I'm certainly not timid either.

Got 10-11" of snow at home. Wind whipped up as I got there so snow blowing was adventuresome as I never seemed to have the chute pointing the correct direction. Took a heavy metal spade to the burm in the driveway since it was on top of the foot of ice that was left from Wednesday. The burm was the height of the mailbox and 2' in front of the mailbox. I started hacking at it with the spade when a neighbor came rolling up in his tractor and scooped enough to clear the mail lady's path. Heck, I haven't even met the guy before and I've only seen his wife once or twice. Course he was content to watch me hack up the driveway berm with the spade, so I guess he was taking pity on the mail lady more than taking pity on me. Either way I was grateful he saved me a lot of effort .

Maybe 10" here and it will wait until the morning to clean up
Pretty sure I could go back to one and not miss much. Data charges are ridiculous so I dont use much beyond wifi.

I have a Galaxy S5....they are nice phones, and have some significant advantages over the iPhones. I'll be getting a S7 or 7 Edge in July when my contract runs out.

I have the Galaxy S7 active. Not impressed. Probably the worst phone I have had of the last two. Touch screen and autocorrect I am not a fan of mostly.
