Doing better every day. Got to keep an eye on him. Not supposed to lift more than 10 lbs. and thinks he is gonna snowblow tomorrow. I called him today and played tough guy. Not supposed to drive, but took his truck to the docs, a 1 + hr. drive. But I would rather have him being anxious to get back to normal than the sick docile man he was several weeks ago. Amazing how getting some nutrition can be.

Somewhat but not really I have 2 main Linux boxes 3 Android boxes and 1 Android phone 1 PI 3, all of them can run Kodi which is an application to run all kinds of multimedia from. At last count I had it on 5 of them. Now my favorite Linux distribution is not multimedia friendly being that most multimedia formats are legally encumbered and openSuSe refuses to pay for rights to use the codecs. Call it being purest or squeaky clean. Every time I update my openSuSe version I go through handstands to get all of my media to play. This screen shot is from the I7. The blueish screen is from Kodi's music player using the Radio add on. The screen shows my selected internet radio channels.

Currently playing is Top 10 Heaven.

how do you get French Toast on the way home? Is that "take out food" now? I make French Toast for my wife. I always use a little honey in the mix. So easy to make.

It 's -18*F and the Fahrenheit Auto clean burnpot came undone:eek:
Had to shut it down and spooned empty the burnpot:whistle:
No wonder it was burning lazy with all that ash built up. Good thing I caught it before going to bed:yes:
Harman is on stove mode along with the Fahrenheit running on idle, both with Lacrete's:thumbs:
I got myself a job to do tomorrow:picard:now to fit that into my busy day:wacky:
And gonna be cold again during the day and nightfall:doh:

Workplace is now smack in the middle of 10-16 zone and so is my area but that is bordering on the 5-10 line too.

We are open today but I will shut it down early and have staff go home. The road techs always have the ability to make their own call.

Honey in the dip mix sounds like a great idea. I also use cinnamon raisin bread if I can. Always use real NH VT or ME maple syrup. Never the sugar water they try to tell you us maple.

I was gonna, But it hadn't even started snowing yet. Made it about half way in before the roads got slick. Very little traffic, So many must have done the call in. Wifey shop had a late start. They won't open until 9:30? Right about the midst of the storm. She won't be going in at all. So she's making the French toast. ;) Hope they save me some!!
My shops a ghost, Not many bothered. Gonna be a boring day. We'll take shovel breaks to keep unbored!! Only good thing is its a day I can save for better weather. :D :seasoned:

Got home yesterday and spent 1 hour and 20 minutes lifting the shovel with little gobs of snow that were about 20#. Didn't shovel any paths, and only got half the driveway. Never did get the berm out at the road, but am able to get in the garage and up the back ramp and into the back door. then went to my night job. After 3 hours of sweeping, vacuuming, mopping and hauling trash on top of my previous physical labor, I was too pooped to attack the rest of the driveway, so there it sits. Hoping the plows break up the solid berm that goes from my mailbox to the driveway and on to where I put the truck when I'm snow blowing the driveway. Guess I'll find out tonight if I have a permanent speed bump that is tall enough the car probably won't be useful until the spring thaw.

Latest is 16-20. Went out this morning and grabbed coffees, and gad to top off the generator and put another 4 gallons in reserve. Now to sit around and watch the snow:coffee:

Although I'm 6-12" (per local channel), Wunderground is saying 5-8" for my area. Then another 8-12" on Sunday. Then a couple of inches on Monday and 3-5" for Wednesday. I don't really mind the snow (under 15" anyway), just want it to stay cold afterwards until I get a chance to clean it up so it doesn't wind up a sheet of ice (or a big iceberg at the end of my driveway) - that is really saying something since I hate cold :coldfire:. Looks like I'm in luck as it should stay cold for a while so the shoveling/snow blowing will not be back breaking as it has been.
