Thanks, I actually got that recipe from a co-worker who lives in Chester. Must be the Live Free or Die State official recipe.

My apologies to you and Ethan Allen.

Last time I passed through Highgate all I had to do is hide my beer and keep quiet. I understand it's changed.

:yes:Chester is just a few towns over. Yup, I just checked the tourist guide, it is NH's official recipe. Maine tries to steal it every now and then. We're keeping an eye on them though. :binoculars:Enjoy!!!!!!!!:chef:

Well I just went shopping for Super Bowl eats. Decided on something different this year.

Working on prepping stuff now. Time for the first cold beer.

I already have the tray of baby carrots and celery with ranch dressing to start us off healthy.

The kids like the little bite size stuff to start with. And who doesn't?! So took the easy way out there and grabbed some frozen hors d'oeuvres. Popcorn chicken, mozzarella sticks, and three cheese arancini risotto balls.

The main entree will be Philly cheesesteaks saniches! Sautéed onions in cast iron pan, with a little salt/pepper/garlic, then add thin slices of steak.

Then the stuff from the bakery comes out, I'll pull open the fresh mini Portuguese rolls with my fingers and place thin sliced extra sharp cheddar or maybe provalone in them, and then stuff the hot steak and onions in with a fork! :faint:

17:15:23 -- area behind Bravo Team's barracks (neighbors house) seems quiet. Too quiet. Two packages left unattended behind rear entrance, presumably a large sandwich and auxiliary rations.

    This could be a trap......
