Buffalo chicken dip - making that from scratch
Wings I bought yesterday will be broiled in the oven.
Buddy is bringing creole shrimp.

Oh and plenty of beah, bottle of grain spirits

 

Buffalo chicken dip? Explain!

 

A variation of this
Frank's RedHot Buffalo Chicken Dip

Boil a few chicken breasts, allow to cool, shred/chop with forks.
I add a mixture of whipped cream cheese, sour cream, ricotta cheese, shredded cheddar.
Pour in some Frank's, a few TB's of chunky blue cheese dressing, TB of smoked chipotle.

The smoked chipotle and a good spritzing of Tabasco smoked chipotle hot sauce Tabasco brand Chipotle Pepper Sauce, 5 fl oz - Walmart.com
sets it apart from regular dips

cover with shredded cheddar sprinkle with smoked paprika bake 30-40mins @350 until bubbly.

Dip celery, carrots, and chips

Garbage bread with real garbage I don't know if I'll watch it upstairs or downstairs.

 

What is garbage bread?

 

You take bread dough and spread it out thin. You put sausage, peppers, mushrooms...etc and mozzarella cheese on the dough and roll it up like a cinnamon roll and bake it then you slice it and dip it in spaghetti sauce. We love it!

 

Deer and bear burger tacos is whats for dinner here.

roasted chicken wings, pizza, taco salad. Served by the stove and in front of the TV. My set is a 48 inch. I thought that was big, but now that seems to be the size for a bedroom. What size screen are you watching the game on?

 

My 50" was huge when I got it in in 2009 or so. Now, your right its bedroom size. Pioneer Kuro that I got at a great price when Pioneer got out of the Plasma TV business. Picture is still fantastic so no upgrades for me, although it is due for a re calibration to get rid of a little red tint. The guy I use for calibration is from your neck of the woods Larry, Farmington ME.

 

Yeah, TV's are the standard for the American way...bigger is better!
