    Flu, bad FLU
Dead in bed for last 2 days.
Been neglecting the wood furnace. 2 extra blankets on the bed and propane . Not even close to wood!
Nothings had me down this long for years!

I couldn't stand it any longer. The tractor came in the other day so I had to go over and at least see it. :ups:

:) Ahhh. There, I got my fix.

It isn't ready yet, but they were able to get the sub-frame for the back hoe mounted to the tractor. Next will be the third function control for loader's auxiliary hydraulics put on. And then hoses from power beyond to back of tractor for the hoe. Hopefully they will have everything ready by late Monday afternoon or Tuesday morning. We have snow with some possible ice mixed in starting Tuesday afternoon. Looks like we may get some accumulation. So it will be nice to have the tractor to clean things up! I can't wait to put her to work.:)

Ugh. Sorry your so sick man. I hope the best and quickest recovery for you. Drink extra water and eat chicken noodle soup until you don't want chicken noodle soup any longer. Then eat some more of it until you are better.

We usually have pizza with wings but I want 205 by the end of the third week in February or sooner.

Tonight will be the hot tomato salad, I just finished 22 minutes on the treadmill and stacked some wood we brought in days back. We have one rack open so we'll put more wood in tomorrow and then I'll head down to my neighbor's to push some wood in too.

Your meal sounds great for the weekend, for us we'll stay with a nice meal on Sunday.

Yes. They do. Mine has the quick attach and I am getting the bucket and a grapple. Trying to work something out with pallet forks as well. Pallet forks are a great tool. For the rear is the backhoe and a 6' medium duty rotary cutter.

Pallet forks are indispensable to me. I drag a top or two out into the field, limb it up, lift the logs up to working height and cut it without bending over. Then, to clean up the limbs, I lower the forks and drive in an arc scooping up the limbs and pile them to burn or leave for rabbit huts.

If I'm at our farm I'll use our old barnyard tractor. It's a John Deere 2030 with a frontend loader. My personal tractor is a Kubota MX5100 with the LA844 with Bobcat quick attach. I have an older John Deere 870 with a bucket and forks but it needs a clutch at some point.

Hope you feel better. People blame "the Flu" a lot but when you actually have it you KNOW it.
Not much you can do but keep your fluid levels up -water, warm tea(caffeine helps with the headaches-but dehydrates) , acetaminophen for fever reduction.
Steam shower on the can will warm the body
Ginger Ale and toast was my first step back to physical food
