Having some minor surgery tomorrow morning and one forecast says 2-3" while another says 3-6". This reminds me of 3 years ago when I went in for a hip replacement on January 31. We had less than an inch of fluffy snow on the ground then but my wife had never plowed snow. I took he out in the field to show her how and give her some tips. While in the hospital, we got 16" of snow. Wouldn't you know?! So, perhaps it is best to be prepared as I'm not sure she could install that snow blade but it only takes a few minutes if you do it right.
I have a Western Ultra mount 2 and I would rather hook it up than have my wife attempt to. Good luck tomorrow.
good luck dennis... this is how it works for me.. if I take time to hook it up we would get no snow... if I didn't we would get feet of snow and my beautiful wife would be frantic..
Dennis, praying all goes well tomorrow, and that when you recover, you'll teach the Ornery One how to hook up the plow too!
well we as a group should take responsibility for this..... should have reminded him to bring a laptop
All went well!!!! She is out plowing snow right now! She is even taken over the handling of the stove duties. Sometimes things aren't all bad when you are down for a bit. Thanks to all.
Glad the surgery went well Dennis! Your wife is awesome! Plows snow, chipmunk exterminator, wood loader...and much much more I'm sure! How much snow did ya'll get?
2 1/2" is all. I called neighbor to tell she would not plow theirs; no problem. Could have let this go but nice to have it down to dirt when things thaw.
