Don't know what the wind chill was all day, but it was c-c-c-c-c-cold!

And snow...not much, just enough to make you put the shovel down-2".

They say we're heading to -1 (3 at the moment) so I loaded up the Liberty with Sugar Maple, Beech and one round of Ironwood that has been inside since last winter and the Pellet Stove is set at 78 so we have heat throughout the night.

It was supposedly 40ºF today but it sure didn't feel like it.
Not supposed to get above freezing tomorrow so probably won't be letting the stove get down to just a small handful of coals before reloading.
I much prefer the stove cranking over doing the morning ritual 3 or 4 times a day. For weeks, like it was March or October. It is nice heating the whole house with a little stove in January though instead just 2/3 of it.

22° heading to 31°. I just tossed in some locust and maple to keep it rolling until later.
