FYI: the atomic buffalo turds freeze well. I fix a mess at a time and freeze in Tupperware with wax paper between layers. I don't roast my peppers, I just gut them and stuff them, season on top then wrap with half a strip of bacon.

Pig Out! It's a cook in progress.

    ABTs, first bunch off.

Stuffed some with swags Secret Santa gift, Bacon butter. Lots more to cook.

And a pork loin with bacon butter and cream cheese stuffing. The damm roast was parially sliced and bone in. Neither of which was on the label.

Organic whole chicken and the Traeger. The Traeger was supposed to go back to its owner but I was told to keep it, I'll have to make this right.

I love ABTs...haven't made them in a long time. It's funny how it's like they become the spiciest jalapeños ever....at least that's how I find them.

Got some greek seasoned pork back ribs on the low rent charcoal grill. It's been 2 hours and 22 minutes, and I can hardly wait. One more hour to go! Then a small venison roast, which I don't have much of a game plan yet. Gave it a dry rub of cracked pepper, chili powder, garlic, and some salt. Should be interesting.
