I've only busted 1 shear pin on my snow blower since winter of 2013/2014. And that is on one that is goodness only knows how old. Course maybe it would have been nice if the pin had busted instead of the blade folding last month (still works though ). I hope I didn't jinx myself and bust another one this weekend since I don't rightly remember where I put the spares anymore .

Inside an hour my former neighbor went through 4 shear pins in my former snowblower I finished his driveway as there was only one spare left. He kept scoping up rocks from his driveway. You can have too few spares, no way can you have too many.

Nope I always pickup 12 at a time, the former neighbor is in Gaylord, Michigan. The boss is going to see if the USPS has left another excuse in our mailbox.

Nothing from USPS. Tracking shows the reschedule as the last thing.

:picard: Jeez David, you just can't make that chit up. Instruct them to Hold for Pickup and have a little chat w/ the Postmaster maybe ?

Well that's certainly one way to go w/ it..

I've heard the same here David, we're very fortunate that we have a PO Box, so everything is UPS or FedEx to the house, or hold for pickup @ the PO here, no issues.

I stopped using NewEgg for IT products because they were using that 'Super Saver', aka DHL / FedEx -> USPS hand-off delivery nonsense a few years back.. Wasn't the PO's fault here, it was just a convoluted mess from one carrier to another, with inaccurate package statusing, and maddening. :headbang:

I do hope you get your package soon / get some favorable resolution on it though David.

I just wish that there were folks in Standish I could talk to there aren't any that have any pull. The folks that I had daily contact with are likely gone at the regional processing center. I worked at the center years ago for one of the vendors.
