    I went to a pain management doctor last month, we set up some lower back therapy. I went to my third session and I wake up at 0200 Tuesday with major right hip pain. I guess the inversion table jacked up my sciatic nerve in my hip. No real sleep for two days. Wow this getting old stuff is rough.

    UPDATE ON MY DAUGHTER:

    They removed two deeper areas of tissue and no skin cancer, if she doesn't stay out of the sun without protection it will be a problem.

    Have not been on much, too many issues to deal with. Dad went to be with Jesus on Sunday and today we will lay to rest the shell he used on this earth to do the work the Lord had for him here. I heard many wonderful comments last night from friends and family but the resounding statement was that no one had ever heard Ernest (my father) ever say an unkind word. My Dad gave me the example of do as I do not do as I say.

    Lost a good friend of mine Saturday to cancer he fought it for a long time but it finally got him RIP to my friend Wayne 64 years old....:(
