Welcome to FHC. That is a lot of wood that you still need, about 3 cords, but it can be done and you can be ready for the future. With about 145 hectares of land you probably have plenty of wood to choose from. Good luck on the dog competition with your female.
Thanks everyone, pretty excited about the possibilities. So the saw is a husky 576 XPG, and i just bought a 20" Tsumura light bar for it. So far I am moderately happy, the autotune doesn't seem like it has been doing enough tuning. This results in the saw quitting on me when idling, at the moment I assume this is a running in issue and will resolve itself. As far as fishing goes the lake is packed with trout, i do some rod fishing but also set some nets, Krutt loves a frozen trout as a treat. Hunting is one of my other passions, on the property we have black grouse and capercaille, as well as woodcock during a short season. I also hunt moose, deer and doe feeling pretty privileged to be able to do so on our own land. I found some archive photos of Hufsa ( our oldest dog ), she has two prizes from gun-dog competitions and comes from champion lines, but mostly she is a great companion!
Hunting, fishing,and cuttin'firewood.... it don't get much better tha that right there. I think we would get along just fine Pazora.
