Could be. This weather is strange. Got a couple inches of snow last night and it's gone by afternoon. I'm even smokin' a brisket on the Weber tonight.

Good morning ya'll. We have a balmy 9*F this AM, on the menu today; We have some lovely free range, no artificial growth hormone/antibiotic free, Oak & Beech slow roasting over a bed of coals. I'll slow cook them for a couple of hours, turning occasionally. After a couple hours, simply replace the splits with more of the same. Such an easy recipe that even a yuppie could make it.:picard:

One step I forgot to add for the recipe, season with Birch to taste. You can add a little more, or less if you like...........and that's been added. Oh, this is coming along nicely. Can you tell I've been watching the cooking channel with the wife lately? :thumbs:
