    mine was a similar circumstance except I was trying to preserve a brand new $1800 SLIDING DOOR - fortunately the upper rail just burned a strip through the screen

    I was dressed for -30 below weather with some nice quilt lined carhart products that kept me functional...not warm, but i could still move some!
    I'm sure this aided me on the impact-those extra layers!

    And I guess there is still a little bounce left in this old body....

    I'm missing mine already. I have plenty of work I could be doing on the property. Good time to work outdoors. Top of ground re-freezing now and no bugs! :thumbs:

    But I have been getting some rest in lately. That is good. Soon I need to get out there on my days off and start cutting next seasons firewood. I have some log piles already.

    I'm on the fence about heading out to the wood lot today. I'm not sore from yesterday, it's a nice day, just below freezing, no rain like there will be next weekend...

    Hmmm.

    It's that 25 minute each way drive that's the kicker....
