This is a very strange case of a flashing # 2 light
Stove is in good shape but igniter is dead and stove is lit manually and was working.
    I strongly recommend an inline fuse if new igniter is installed to protect control panel;
    1. Cleaned Stove
    2. Replaced vacuum switch & vacuum hose and high limit switch. Installed Tripp-Lite Isoblok serge protector where no protecter was before.
    Still no luck.
    4. Installed new updated rev 3 control panel with button boarder markings.
Stove ran for one week then # 2 flashing light!
    Exhaust Blower was noisy.
    5. Replaced exhaust blower with new Fasco motor and lighter tall blade with no round backing plate.
Plate adds a lot of extra weight that increases start up current!
    6. Stove ran longer, about 45 min.
    Flashing # 2 light.
    Notice fire door was loose!
    7. Replaced control panel (will test other one) again and unplugged dead igniter.
    Stove is now running fine!!

This was a tough one! ^&*^%&(!!!
    Any comments?

Lets see the auger flite cover at the top, a gap there can cause a "loss" of vacuum, a loose seal around the door( not closed tightly ). Hopper not closed as well may cause it. Over heated exhaust blower. How many more do I have to list?

    Hello
Thanks for your comments, Looks like the exhaust blower was really messing things up! A new control panel and a good surge protector helped! :)
