That's really tough Larry. Not that you are helping, the whole situation you and Cindy are in. Look at it this way, you are better off now and can help easier than before.

Good to keep her off the pain meds as they can be a real beatch to get off of. A buddy of mine became addicted to oxy with his severe back issues and went through helll to beat those. His back is still pretty bad at times but he refuses to take those any more.

I am managing my bulged disk in my neck as well as lower back tweak with Celebrex and naproxen. But its one or the other-cant use both at the same time. Celebrex is really good, but expensive.

Like Will said, time can heal disk issues but it will likely be a few years before its complete. I am not opting for any surgery as I can manage without it and dont want anyone cutting into my neck if not absolutely necessary.

I hope things improve for the missus quickly

Typical battery these days should last at least 4 years.

My pork roast is "fall apart tender" The spaghetti squash is baked tender. Now just waiting on the potatoes. They are huge bakers. I put in extra for a treat of home fries with breakfast.

I don't know anyone who doesn't. I slice up the baked potatoes, then add salt and pepper and a bit of garlic powder. Then pan fry them until golden brown. I start out with cold baked potatoes. Yum!

How did you cook the pork roast? I have success on the low temp smoker, but oven roasting can be a craps shoot on how it comes out.

At least you know what it wrong and what it will take to repair the situation. Doesn't your area have some heat from your house furnace or what ever you use for central heat?

It is on the loop with the master suite so the temp is set for sleeping. For sitting at the computer it is too cold.
