Probably insulate the rest of the garage I had built instead of only the workshop. Get going on buying some wood shop tools while I'm still employed. Maybe build a "yooper addition" to the side of the garage.. Not so much resolutions, more of a goal.
I committed to keep being a real looser. Weight looser that is. Last year I started on 27 July and lost 42 lbs. I have way more than that to loose. I go to the pool and swim 3-4 a week and I cut out carbs like bread, rice, pasta, all sweets etc. I am 70 years old. This dieting and exercise program thing is a real challenge. I have a lot more energy, less pain and my memory is better. NO HIGHLY PROCESSED FOODS.
Flossing (which is a PITA for me), and improved posture. Caught a glimpse of myself from the side putting away bath towels recently, no wonder I get those weird headaches at the base of my skull.
Walk more, drum more, drink more water... eat less, sit less, complain less... and like wildwest said... stand up straight. I hunch way too much...
Found this on top of page three. Lets check in. Insulated and finished/trimmed out entire garage....CHECK! Buy wood shop tools....CHECK! Build yooper addition to garage....nope. Got it graveled and ready to go though....not so bad, eh? As far as resolutions for this year, I am considering going back to college. I'm registered/enrolled right now and have to decide by Mon if I'm going to go through with it or not.
