Ive got 10 inches already and its coming down hard still.
Went out a little after 7 to do a quick cleaning of the driveway to make it easier in the morning. Being out there for about 35 minutes and when I stopped, the first areas I swiped already had 1-2 inches on it again.

Weather sticky shows Light Snow-I would hate to see what it thought heavy snow was

Best thing about big storms on a work night-waking up to the plow go by every so often just to remind you of the fun in the morning BEFORE you go to work :)

Storm ended and I only got 6-7" total. Started snow blowing at 8 and finished everything but where the truck is sitting by 9:30. Yeah, another 1/2 on the ground where I started blowing, but no big deal.

Hey CleanFire - was thinking you should run some Marvel Mystery Oil thru that crank case to help clean out any residual gas. Eh, what do I know though, I just like the name :D

Reading the weekly specials at HD and thought of you Horkn - They got several Ryobi +One stuff on sale, including a 2-pack of Lithium High Capacity +One batteries for $99. I don't know if you need more batteries, but thought I would let you know. These specials are good until 1/1/17. I'm looking at the Power Inflator ($20).

That's actually not a bad idea, and it -is- a catchy name.

I used to add MMO to the fuel tank on a 1998 Ford Aspire we owned every other fill-up, it kept the fuel pump in that car quieted down, and working long past it's end-of-life / when the pump should have quit.

I did add 20 ml of Liqui Moly MoS2 to the crankcase today, (which is Molybdenum Disulfide) - I've used this stuff for years in the oil, for the autos & small engines here. I drained the oil from yesterday out this a.m. into a clear glass jar, and checked it very carefully - I didn't see any metal (or any other material) in the oil, so that's a good sign.

We'll find out tomorrow am, just how bad this snow moving machine blows. :D

Was it warmed-up first? Warm oil will carry particles out easier, if any exist. Still, not seeing anything is a good start.

2 hi cap batteries for 99 is a great price. I could use a few Dewalt 20V at that price. The reciprocating saw drains a regular battery real quick-just as I thought it would but my honey uses it in the woods so cords are not really handy there.
