Really an earthquake. Where was the epicenter. I misunderstood, when I feel the house shaking here it is usually the wind.
I think it was about 60 miles south of where I live.......We get winds that shake the house alot around here.
Do you get many of those? We had two in our area earlier this year but they were pretty minor. I was watching an action movie with my son during one of them and thought the shaking was the action. Besides those two I dont recall any here before.
We had 25 this morning with the temp in the sleeper at 70. I started our first fire today about 45 minutes ago. We went to Massena so we could donate some of our clothes to St. Vincent de Pauls and visit a friend.
Current temp 20°F going down to 9°F tonight. Put a few splits in to establish a decent coal bed for a good night load. Snow moving in tomorrow morning, with significant accumulation ending Friday morning, local news saying up to 2 ft, with blizzard conditions possible. Blizzard to bury New England under 2 feet of snow
And warm we'll be. Bernie's forecast with snow totals, link, scroll down Heavy snow, wind to plague New England later this week
2 feet is some serious snow! Hope everyone is ok. Its the seniors who cant get around much that we have to worry about when that happens.
They keep changing it so I'm guessing I might get maybe 6 or 8" I am closer to the coast but considered in the 8 to 12"...
