    Thank you, it's in a rural area outside Panama city FL about 30 miles north right between PC and Dothan Alabama. Creek is good for kayaking especially, some areas have old trees and stumps you have to navigate around. Most of the creek is very secluded we were lucky enough to find a property become available with 1150 ft. Of Creek frontage. The fish really bite in little pockets close to the bank or the backside of a bend. Bream, bass, warmouth and stump knockers mainly. Now don't hold to the name of those fish
    It is just what we call them. Lol

    Gotcha:yes: Ecofina or Chipola areas. I've done the Blackwater a bit west of you in Milton/Bagdad. I noticed the sand a stained water hard to mistake N. FL terrain

    It'll be beautiful everyday I walk in and hang my shirt on it:rofl: :lol:
    At least I got my way (she agreed because it is Gray -hip color on HGTV) on the couch and chairs, "splurged" on the power recline for the couch - but my buying was still 1/3 of her accent chairs and tables:loco: :crazy:

    Ahhh I see you know the area. Econfina creek is right down the road from here off hwy 20. I love the chipola River we call it the little river as it forks into the Appalachicola river in wewahitchika FL. We have only seen one kayaker since being here. He said he put in at Scott's ferry road. Asked him how was the trip he said it was so pretty and undisturbed due to the creek running through either private or leased land so it gets no traffic really. If y'all are ever in the area and want to camp I installed additional power poles 2. With 30 amp RV plugs while I was digging a 1000 ft trench down there I jumped off a well and ran water and a line for a lift station to pump the shed bathroom on 1 of the 2 septic systems. At that time I installed a clean out for a RV sewage line to connect. Just let us know anytime. I think I have a pic of the hookup 20161031_124737.jpg 20161101_195707.jpg

    If you notice in the picture I had to add a 1 way valve after the first stab at it. It turned out that the pump would send it all the way to the tank and because the elevation is lower at the pump end everything was running back. Like to drove me crazy figuring out why it would pump shut off 3 minutes later pump again. It's safe to say I am no plumber. It's working good now though. Y'all come see us!
