    Others have stated it and I will just sort of echo it here. We have an amazing group here.

    This year has been fantastic for us. It started with a get-together at our place. We really didn't know how well it would be received or attended but needless to say, we were not disappointed. Thank you to everyone who showed up. (We will have another one in the coming spring.)

    I also attended a small gtg at DexterDay's place and again met some very nice people and had a great time.

    People come to help. For example, Pallet Pete came recently to help me put a new motor on our log splitter. Unfortunately we had to put off a work day when Barcroftb and DexterDay planned on coming to help get some wood out. We'll still do it but just had to put it off.

    A group of folks did a very nice thing for us last fall. I won't mention what it was or who was involved but needless to say, it was totally unexpected and greatly appreicated.

    Now to top off a great year with FHC, we are about to receive a laptop computer from our friend Grizzly Adam This is amazing.

    My only regret is that I can not possibly return all that has been given, but my wife and I can love you all.

    Dennis you guys are well deserving of everything you receive! If it wasn't for your guidance in 2009 when I started on this wood burning adventure things would have been totally different and probably pretty frustrating. Following your advice has made heating with wood "easy" and enjoyable.

    Yes, I got one in Owosso. Now just have to pick up the new bolts. Didn't have time that day. Will do the next time in Owosso.

    I'll see if I remember to grab a bolt next time I go to the garage. Seems like it is around 5-6" but don't remember. All I remember is that we need about 3/4" longer than it is.

    btw, we should have probably looked closer at the spiders in those two stores we went into as the new ones are a bit different but same number. Funny too because I had looked for a number but did not see it. Have to hold it just right to make out the number. But I'll bet some that were on the shelf may have been the right ones. It is a number 70.

    @J.Dirt, please keep April 22 in mind. You might also be able to share a ride with some others from your area or close by. I remember we had at least one from NY last year and hope to have more next spring.
