Kids art project, white interior house paint thickener?

    Lil one brought home an ornament with her handprint on the bottom, and her thumb and fingers painted like snow men. Ooops, she dropped it while hanging it on the tree and it shattered. ( I have seen shatterproof ornaments, made me wonder).

    I do not have white kids paints. Can I use the white we painted our ceiling with? The ornament that was dropped appeared to be thicker paint so it held thick and dried thick.

    Add some white glue to it? Maybe 1 teaspoon of paint and add 1 teaspoon of glue?
