I'm thinking about doing a Blazer/Lacrete blend for the cold weather.

It's come a long way down here in PA , not that many years ago we didn't have any softies or the many varieties of hardwoods either

There was one place over in NJ that carried Oakie's but Joe has been the pioneer in our area bringing several different softies .

Left the stove in hi/lo overnight. Prolly didn't need to as it was pretty warm. Might have to rethink this blend with the cold that's coming through. Ahhh well, kind of too late with the hopper full. Refuse to scoop em, So it will just have to ride!!

Note to self, Look at the weather(ya big dope) first!!

I burned some two years ago and I loved them. A little dusty and don't slide great. But very low ash.

As Joe from Bucks said...it's a love hate with them. They burn great and leave little ash but develops a big azz funnel in the hopper. So if your hopper has a bit of a feed problem where pellets don't slide in your hopper it's going to be compounded 10 fold by these "sticky" pellets.

Btutiful in the hopper. Cleaning Sunday as it's going to be warm. Probably 32 bags since it was last done. Still looking good. I have a baseline of ash from 17 bags of hardwood I'm going to compare to the Blazers
