    Just bustin ya bud. :p

Its a different game these days. Work with a few that are either oil or gassers since the flip and just burn pellets as a supplement. Some haven't even bothered buying pellets since. Got a few neighbors that went oil full on. Only bought pellets during the $99 dollar special. But are sitting on them until oil goes flookie.

If I had a cheaper option, I'd be ditchin em too. Well excluding firewood. Pellets made me too lazy for all dat work!! :)

Breckwell is fine. It's still going strong upstairs. I converted the wood stove I had in the first level of our split ranch.

    Still got those numbers beat

Nut shells cost me 1-1/2 cents per pound
Hazelnuts shells deliver 8500 BTU lb

    Approx $1.77 per mil btu

    Cheaper than dirt.

So thus far I like the stove, puts out great heat, the one thing I don't like is the SMELL it puts out. Omg it's making me want to throw up. What the hell is that smell and when does it go away. It reminds me of when I do the self cleaning on the oven. Wtf.

Oh boy, guess you didn't do a pre-burn outside with that thing. It's the oils burning off and the paint curing. It will eventually get better. If you can high burn that thing for a few hours, maybe leave some windows open, you should be good after that.

Couple days it will settle, But if you get it hotter it might come back. I'd do as slvrblkk says. On a warmer day. Open a window and let it eat for 4 or 5 hours.
