This was the gun wagon at my buddies "gender reveal party" for his first kid. We had some fun that afternoon! Don't worry , guns were all open while laying on the wagon.:rootintootin:

Looks like "Family Weekend" in VT at my BIL's camp. Well, except that we also have a bunch of tannerite targets ad an honest to God cannon....

How large is the cannon? My mom inherited one from her uncle, but it's about the size of a shoe box and maybe a .50cal. And she won't let me shoot it.

Hate to be "that guy", but beers and guns? My buddy hosts some shoots sometimes. We had 55 show up last time. We run the range as strictly no alcohol........till the guns are all put away that is.

It's about the quantity of alcohol and who you're with. I've gone to a buddy's house and we've both enjoyed a couple (meaning two) beers while shooting our single shot .22's at shotgun shells. I wouldn't get blitzed while shooting, but if I'm allowed to operate a motor vehicle on 2 beers in an uncontrolled environment I think shooting in a controlled environment with someone I trust is safe.

It's totally fine to be that guy lol. I figured someone would ask. There were only about 10-12 of us shooting. The beers were cracked right as we started and everyone was under control until we shut it down and moved into the barn.

It's a signal cannon from a ship. It's just slightly too small to ram a golf ball in it which in retrospect is probably a good thing. We put up to two shot glasses worth of black powder in it and stuff it, and I mean we really pack it, with grass for wadding. It's....impressive!
