Exactly what I thought too. Terracotta concerns me, will I have to put a liner in it/ how much would that cost...

Other than restacking at the new place, this would be the least amount of handling of the wood.

looks ~ 25'. If a 6" with insulation kit would fit a double rolled flex liner kit under $800 installed yourself

Exactly what I was thinking XXL. If I had the means, that's what I'd do.

Wife is going to submit an offer tomorrow. We'll see...

The stars would have to align properly, so my hopes aren't too high. They''d have to come down a bit and we'd have to get ask. The owner isn't currently living there and after 3 quick offers right after it listed, it's sat 70 days without any. Pretty sure ours would sell pretty quick @ our ask. It'd be worth the shot.

It's only 1,8xx sq.ft. It's more about acreage. We've lived on a 1 acre plot for about 18 yrs now. Just plain out grown it.

Stairs, everywhere you go you have stairs. Everything will need to be carried up and down stair. One slip and your life changes in an instant. We had to rebuild our house because of an injury. Here we have ramp and no stairs. Hate stairs. That is where I got injured.

I know I'm new here but, I wish I had these issues. Keep mamma happy. Move what you need to move and go from there.
