    In my Blazer I used to start the engine, back out of the driveway (dirt road 3 blocks downhill), restart it and high idle all the way down, that was so nice, wish I could do that Duramax. Oh well, atleast it has heated seats.

    Idea. Use the Blaze for bus pickup......I think it heats up faster, on the other hand most the rubber for the windows and doors has deteriorated so it can get breezy in the cab. Better keep the Duramax in the garage for protection, and use it on days the Blaze is snowed/iced over.....It would be out in the elements this winter so will lose some more paint to the sandblasting winds, but the last new engine has a higher thermostat :sherlock::sherlock::sherlock: Going to try it next week!

    Some VERY exciting news at work today. My and my lab mates research in the lab I work in produced some data that gives us an answer to a question that we have been working on for 21 years! The answer will have direct implications to a devastating human genetic disease and may have indirect implications to other neurodegenerative diseases.

    Okay. I have moved one face cord into the basement. Mostly Ash and Pine. Some Cherry and Maple also. It is waaaaaay past time to get the firewood in under the covered porch. I'm going to try to round up a few nephews, along with my wife and kids, to help me get it there sooner. Some snow coming in late Sunday night early Monday. 1-3"?
