I have to work this morning , then my wife and I are going to ride snowmobiles . When we get home we'll start a fire Then I'll check the wood stove .......that's my story and I'm sticking to it!

 

Up drinking coffee, loading the stove, and prepping for kids basketball games. I love going to them but your Saturday is shot when you are there from 8 to 1 on a Saturday.

 

The new job will work out lukem. As with anyone with your smarts, it will become what you make of it.

No bad, and great that Weezer found them and covered one of his songs.

 

Been there, done that coaching for basketball and baseball. Baseball was harder in this sense as we had either practice or games 4-5 nights or weekend days per week. I loved soccer since I didnt coach..just watched . Best part is watching the progress from very young years and as they get older into early teens the games really develop.

 

I hear that Certified! But our kids had theirs last night because the older kids have a game this morning in both the gyms. I was working last night so wife took them.

 

This came on Pandora a few nights ago while on the treadmill...couldnt get Buddy Holly off my mind that evening

But, I told my wife she does not need to buy me one thing. That is just how I roll.

Got bacon and cheese grits cooking on the King, going to throw some eggs on in a minute. Got some 7 month Norwegian maple burning, took the torch to one of my fire starters and lit the whole stack up, no kindling, no paper.

My 11yr old son and his friend said they wanted to sleep in their snow forts last night. Their forts are semi circle walls of snow with a sheet of plywood over it. Not very big and not enclosed at all. They sere set up with cardboard under their foam pads and 2 sleeping bags each. My son has a 20 degree mummy that I put inside my -5 (but 30 year old) mummy. We figured they wouldn't last till midnight. Much to our surprise they spent the entire night outside.

 

Can you only edit for a short period of time after you post?
