I'll post what I've got so far. Going to be ported, muffler modded, and squish set. Here's the only pictures I had so far. I sent the cylinder to mastermind for the machine work. I can't load pictures up from my phone for some reason.

Here's a video of the one I had. I hope this one will run as good or better than this last one.

Just curious why did you get rid of one just to later build another ? Did you miss it ?

I think it was you that made up a 576AT that I really liked last year?

No this one isn't mine. I did trade mine off. Yeah I built that 576AT you got to run.

Yeah Brian I'm equal opportunity saw owner/builder.

I'll try to get a few more on here as I do them. I guess I could put the 288 build pictures up on here also.

Randy is doing the machine work for me. I do the porting myself. If it turns out Matt I'll give you the numbers or do it for you. I'll just have to make sure I have Paul's saw here to degree it on.

To cut a squish band, you gotta have a lathe..
It's cheaper to send 10 jugs a year off to a guy with a lathe than to buy the lathe.

I want a lathe and aluminum tig set up at home. I could really do some cool stuff with those tools.

For what he charges for a squish/ base cut, you couldn't go wrong, and would take a LONG time to pay the difference by having your own, if ever. But by all means, a lathe is a handy thing to have, and if a guy wants to learn machining it is probably the best place to start.

Another reason I need to come see you again. I really want to cut squish on my 036 and the Earthquake (have it up to 58cc now :thumb: I have NO idea why a cheap saw like that, can do what it does to my mind. I just like it !! :)

I just got another 460 in today.. Man is she purdy!

It should be a fun build. It will probably be stronger than my 460. ;)

I have an idea on making it a better runner than the last one I had. I'm not sure how hard it will be to do.
