    Scrapple?

Don't know if I'm up to that challenge....looks like something that you may have to scrape off the roof of your mouth after eating it?

(I had left over supper for breakfast!)

5 Minute breakfast using 1 bowel, a fork and a spoon

Start with free range, organic eggs

    Free range eggs.jpg

Used the fork to whip up the eggs and mix in some cream and cinnamon
eggs, cream and cinnamon whipped up.jpg

Cooked 90 seconds in the microwave - stirred up the egg mixture (some cooked, some still liquid) and added JD pork sausage
half cooked with sausage added in.jpg

Cooked another 60-80 seconds (all cooked) and added butter and maple syrup.

    Time to eat!

Yeah, I had to hold myself back on the butter :). That is real butter from grass-fed cows (the Irish kind) by the way - just scooped off the stick with a spoon so they aren't nice square pats. One day I'll stop and get some locally sourced, organic sausage to make the meal totally natural and mostly local (except that Irish butter).

Grizz, you are so very welcome. Keeping this place running so well is no easy task. We just hope we've made it just a little easier for you.

This is indeed the best place on the web. Where else can you come to where you are treated like family and feel comfortable from the very first visit? There is no other.

Well, my breakfast consisted of an apple Danish and a cup of coffee. Not as good as the rest of you made, but now you've given me inspiration!

This was my breakfast: Eggs Benedict. Yes, that is real Hollandaise sauce made from scratch.

I never forgot the promise of some .22 ammo, Grizz. This will have to serve as a substitute! Thanks for all you do!
