Now it more resembles this Bastardette Yeah - all chaps in this house are azzless since I got rid of the azz (the ex )
I may or may not have suggested that all 111 of us should txt bomb schlot.... Sorry about that... this was all for fun and laughs though... But seriously, Adam. This is what makes this forum awesome. And I/we sincerely appreciate what you do! We have become a close knit family here at FHC. There are many here I consider brothers/sisters. And none of that could have happened without you and the other founders of this great web site! Most here, including me, have no idea what it takes to start up and maintain a web site. But what I do know is that you almost single-handedly and silently keep this place running smooth and seemless, backing up content and making new banners and features. And who could forget all those silly smileys we're so fond of here. Your hard work and countless hours do not go unnoticed. And this is a little token of thanks in return. Can't wait to see the new Grizzly9000 Supercomputer I'm picturing something like this
Longer than that for me. The last one had a bad capacitor on the MB, so I gave up on it. Coulda' replaced it, i suppose. I like my laptop......with Mint on it. Oh, 3 eggs easy, and a piece of buttered toast. I was too lazy to make potatoes this morning.
Wait, we're talking about Linux, right? Used Ubuntu for a long time, until my son suggested Mint. Took a couple shots at it before going full time. You got done with that thread pretty quick.
Grizzly Adam, you deserved those gifts. And I mean that from the very bottom of my heart! I can't tell you how proud I am of all you do here, and how happy I am to have earned your service to this great site. Not to mention all of the amazing souls that contributed to this gift, as well as all the charitible "goings-on" here. It really amazes me beyond words.... It really is the greatest forum on the internet, without a doubt....... Always remember, you have family in central PA.
Yep, I love Linux Mint. Ubuntu is a butterface. FYI, I have a cat named Ubuntu, he is not a butterface lol.
As others have said, you have put in countless hours and the saw (ever awesome 362!! ) and this computer/cash is a small way of repaying you!! Enjoy!! Can't wait to see what is in our future here at FHC!! On a side note, I just added the hanging kit to the FHC sign! I hope this sign makes its way into every members home at some point!!
You are very welcome. Can I assume that this post of yours means that the proverbial cat is out of the bag and it is not a secret any longer? Brian
I love scrapple! When i go back to pa this holiday, I'll be stocking up big time on pork roll and scrapple. Along with wawa coffee, and hoagies.
I'm not knocking scrapple never had it, but that last picture there, they look just like the fire starter squares I use only bigger
