I have bought some stuff from Don. He did pretty good on the pricing. At least I couldn't find any better on the Net.

Pretty much confirms what I thought from the very beginning.....it's a stove problem, not the pellets.

I said it once and I will say it again I am not happy with lignetics, and I see that upsets you. I for one am not afraid to admit that I was wrong and that this is a stove issue. I think there is no reason for the snide remarks, did we not leave the old place because of that chit? I have always respected your wealth of information, and it is time to get back to the cause at hand. Thank you for understanding!

    Brokenwing..

I am not being snide, nor a smart azz here.. But I think what he meant was. It wouldn't have mattered what pellets they were? Whether Ligs or Okies?

I think that's all that imacman was stating. Because this was his 1st post.

I know the troubles you have gone through. .your very 1st post over here, I asked about your stove troubles and remember the trials and tribulations you have gone through to get the stove to run right. So it does not hamper the quality of life for a family member.

The stove is the one at fault. Not the pellet. Not the operator. I'm sure imacman didn't say that to stand up for Lignetics. The stove he is running has the same issue. The 10 - CPM bounces pellets out of the pot. My parents have a 10-CPM and I have had to clean and modify the stove to run so it does not do such things.

Not picking sides. Not sticking up for anyone. I to thought it was a stove problem from jump street. Just want to calm and cool the situation.

We are here for a common reason. Let's all remember that. Please..

Yep! Should be able to use it as an excuse to have a few brews too! :D

With PTL's and Liggies batch variance issues. Seen a few scuffles over the years! I have personally found out a jbird can get his feathers plucked by an old scarecrow! Think I did land a good flyby poop shot right square in the eye though! ;)

Ok Well no call from the dealer, so I fired the stove up. I will just keep a eye on it when I need to shut it down. Thank you all for helping my grumpy azz, I appreciate it! You know the first year was pure heck, but this year has been flawless. With the coldest weather in MD in years, I have been warm and cozy, and seeing electric bills of less then 100 dollars a month. So I was like a kid in the candy store burning pellets. I will chalk it up to one of those things and move on, again thanks for all the help!

Keep an eye on it and let it idle on low if you can before shutdown. I'd keep harassing that dealer too!

Okay here is a update, It will be long so forgive me. Open a new beer, and kick your feet up. I have still not heard from the dealer, and that is not surprising. Anyway today I looked in the ash pan while the stove was burning using a flashlight. I see at least a handful or more of unburned pellets in the ash pan. I see now how at any time they could light off, and I would never know as long as the stove is running. So from here on out, per Jays suggestion I will run it on 1 for a hour at least till it shutdowns. My only concern is, I have never ran this stove on setting 1, cause it will smoke like a locomotive. I know this is simply a feed issue, cause on that setting the pellets are basically smoldering. I could adjust the feed gate, but the stove works perfectly on setting 2 and 3 which is where it is running 99 percent of the time. My other question is on shutdown the stove usually takes 3o minutes. On this stove is there a predetermined shutdown time, or does the stove shutdown when the exhaust temp sensor hits a certain temp. I wish there was a override on this stove, where you could manually run the exhaust blower, thus venting the stove until you are 100 percent comfortable that everything is out.
