Yup! Short story. Glad i bought it over the counter and not ordered it out as I was a bit surprised and the size of it. But I still want to give it a go to decide if I order again. What size is the one in your first pic?
Aw heck! I didn't have the Hemmingway yet; instead I had another one of the knock offs. REALLY like them too!
Downside of these particular cigars is the stence left over! Just kinda lingers and lingers! Had to get some febreeze for the workshop!
Had a Fuente Hemmingway Short Story Maduro out on the deck yesterday in the 70° weather. It was nice.
I never did report back on these. I've only smoked two of them so far, NOT very good at all. I guess for a buck and a half a stick, you get what you pay for. In-even burns, un wrapping, and they don't taste so hot. I'll use these for smoking late night after a bunch of drinks where you can't taste anything anyway!
Now there have been an occasional one or two that really knocks my socks off. But usually only one per two bundles. I haven't bought them for over a year now.
I had that short story I bought a few days back. VERY good! Gonna have to do that again! The wrapper was delicate and had a hole in one spot that I hadn't noticed when I bought it and I thought it was going to be an issue while smoking but it wasn't.
They'll be about 3 weeks before there ready... when I get them in, I let them set about a month in the humidor, to settle out... Had a Good Diesel from last Christmas lastnight with a outside fire and it was darn good...
