    I like how they have no plans for any floor protection either.....she said the stove "has it's own little stand on the bottom, , so it'll be all right, right there". Oh my. o_O

    I also don't see any provision for the REQUIRED Oak, as specifically mentioned in the OWNERS manual and the CD, both of which are in the hopper when you buy it.

    That is wrong on so many levels but the thimble sitting on top of the window molding is funny. How long do you think it was until it ended up on Craigslist from being loaded up with ash due to a lack of cleaning and not burning correctly?

    The install on the guest house must have been a walk in the park. As long as the wires are underneath the thimble!
