    A note from Grizzly Adam

"Please do not consider Jake to be the expert that he claims. His technique is not good and he is in no way the expert that he thinks he is. What's more, he does several things in this video that are downright dangerous and, I hate to say, stupid including jumping a fence, running his saw through flaming garbage bags, and clearing the chain of his saw whilst it is running. If you are looking for a good tutorial for sharpening your saw chain, this video is not it."

FHC does not endorse the actions of jake phelps. Doing the things Jake does in this video can get a person severely hurt, dismembered or even killed. Don't try that at home.

I like the phrases in the video such as "I kinda know what I'm doin" Another quote from his video "how to start a firewood business" ---> "Different kinds of wood are different" I do not like to pick on folks, but I initially thought the OP posted this to make fun of the guy, now I realize the OP is the guy. I am not sure if he is serious or being sarcastic. So much wrong with this video. Burning plastic, running a saw through something on fire, starting a fire with all those leaves around close to the house and a tree, jumping with a running saw, having 20,000 hours experience but not knowing what those things are called between the cutting teeth ( depth gauge).

I do give you credit jake phelps for trying to do and share something nice, but I think you should start over, write a better script , and use some PPE. I have a video of myself felling a tree where I have no safety gear on, but it is not an instructional video and I admit I don't know what I am doing.

20,000 hours @ 40 hours per week is about 9.6 years. He doesn't look old enough to have 9.6 years in as a pro arborist. But then I'm old so pretty much everyone looks young to me.

Obviously a graduate of the Jethro Bodine School for Arborists!
