After playing with so many new saws, the old ones become more interesting and cool to me.

I totally agree !! I grew up being tinkerer with not a lot of money....a lot of time...and access to a lot of discarded items !! So I started with old garden tractor , snowmobiles...an old 8n....old forklift...lanterns...and chainsaws . Basically anything with a motor or needing fuel to run !! I love how the 60's and 70's brought about 100's of different manufacturers of sleds/saws/tractors . I finally started to sell stuff...cuz I realized If I tried to collect all of the models of that stuff...it would officially would mean I had a major problem !!! Its always nice to get something running...after someone else gave up on it . Looks like you are doing your best as well :)

Problem? Nope, I don't see one. Firewood or not, chainsaws are just plain fun to run. Every time I fire up a saw and fell a tree, I get a rush that no other thing could give!

I am envious of your collection though. Some nice Stihls in there.

Glad to see more folks from AnotherSite coming here! I just hope this place doesn't end up with a wall of Ads on every page...

I'm glad. I love this site as it is. Easy on the eyes and not so spread out. Simple yet effective.

Thanks guys. This is a nice straight forward forum you've got here. I like it. Plain and simple, not a lot of BS. Oh wait, that's my initials:)

Yes, that it's an early 08S and two S10s.

    Hey Randy!

I'm ashamed to show the other 30. They're scattered around the garage:(

And you need to get that wall finished...
    Fill/sand/fill/more sanding/Prime/ Paint / re paint....
Personally, I'd rather take a beating than finish drywall...

My house will never be "presentable" because of that I'm afraid. It needs paint bad.....
