Oh ok. I had to look it up, never realized that area was called Waterford (but I've probably seen the signs). I drive through there often on the way to Latrobe and Greensburg.

    Sister lives there.
Mom in Pittsburgh with another sister.

Just had a brotherinlaw move from Greensburg to Alaska last year.
Moved to Fairbanks, must like cold winters.
He must have missed the memo that PA would get winter this year. :)

I'm going to be working two or three days a week in Greensburg and Monroeville soon. Real "fun" mountain to cross between here and there on route 271. I'm seriously considering renting a room or efficiency apartment over there to cut down on the driving.

My wife grew up in the South Hills of Pittsburgh (Bethel Park).

Miss that area for some things.
Nice to come back & visit, but seems fast paced.

To many years in Alaska now.
less crowed & less traffic is nice.

    Alaska still growing,
Oil & Natural gas getting ready for more growth.

According to the late pm news, CMP here in main is sending a fleet of trucks to Pennsylvania. Thousands reported to be without power rested to their ice storm. Hope they are safe and get their power back soon. Rotten time of year to be without power especially if you have kids or older folks.
