Weed identification

    Mum and I were out walking our woods tonight and came across a sizable weedy bush with these seed pods. In all the years I have lived in this area Ive never seen anything like it.

    Looks like jimson weed also called devils snare. Was the stalk purple?

    In Texas and parts of the southwest they are called cockleburs. :tractor:

    Also maybe Jimson Weed seed pods.

    I googled jimson and what I have here doesnt look like what google showed me. Ill have to get a pick of the whole bush tomorrow.

    We have them growing all over here. They give me a heck of a rash too.

    Looks kind of like a moonflower seed pod. I had some pop up around the house a few years ago.
