That's all kinds of screwed up?

Pretty much everywhere else it's on road or offroad. they don't care where you use off road as long as it's not on the public roadways.

I am from the coast...Charleston actually which use to be one of the largest ports on the east and may still be behind like NY and NJ I think so we have our fare share of container ships. and we have a huge fishing industry...shrimp out of that area is huge. no water tax ?

Any piece of farm equipment or vehicle can have off road in it.. just has to be within 50 miles of farm..

Nah. This state is simple. Pay more for your stuff. Pay more fees to the govt. And don't forget to pay more taxes on top of all that. Simple enough!:picard:

It's red here (off road), but I'm not gonna doubt the tax from a guy that lives in NY.

    As for pricing.

I just filled up for .20 cents less than regular unleaded a week ago. It was $2.09 and gas was $2.29. In my area it's starting to go back to when I bought my truck back in May. All Diesel was cheaper then Reg Unleaded .

Unless he's keeping the boat on the farm, it's not exactly available at every marina. And just like highway vehicles, you do NOT want to get caught with it in your tank.

I know I'm partial color blind but green isn't really one of my trouble colors ? our clear road fuel does not look the least bit green to me? amber or clearish....to me.

He said it's red. Farm is red. How would they tell? I get it's not easy for someone who keeps there boat at a marina.

Look at it when it's coming out of the nozzle or in a jar.

I think the only diesel I have round here I have already put Twc3 oil in so it's blackish . ..wait it was offroad to begin with. I will have to look again in a jar or something next time I buy road fuel
