    It's pouring out, just finished some paperwork. Need to feed the MIL and head out to the shop. After a long growing season, I just got back to working on the renovation of the truck. I material basted the frame and some of the components. I have started putting the suspension back on.

    I heard on the news earlier tonight that the mountains of Maine could get up to 6" of white chit this weekend. High temp at my place is expected to be in the 40's. I know that this isn't early, but it sure seems it, especially after it was 73 here yesterday.

    Paint! Blasted surface, acid etched, epoxy primed and two coats of frame paint....Eastwood system. Interior frame members also rust converted and coated.

    My buddies shop. I've been helping him to restore his snowmobiles when I have time also.

    Pouring here still, we desperately needed the rain. Many of the local wells were drying up. A couple of weeks ago I was watering some of the new trees I had planted with a soaker hose. I turned the water on inside the house and it was dripping out the kitchen sink spout.:jaw: Thankfully the weather has turned back on.

    Hopefully finishing the rear brakes and then I'll install the front brakes today.

    My Power Smith ash vac crapped out. I'm thinking it was the switch, I contacted them about getting a new switch so I could swap it out. They said it was warrantied and I should mail the power head back and they would send out a new one. :yes:

    Great Day here in NC my daughter and I went Emerald Isle Beach today , nothing better than watching the waves crash in while having a few Smoothies , sure beats the Chit out'a working :dex::drunk:

    We got good showers this AM and early afternoon. But nearly dried up and just overcast.

    A boomer, Love a good boomer. As long as we aren't skippin across the pond.
